How do i wear the press-on nails?

What size do i order?

Kindly refer to our Size Chart. Our Size Chart is on every product page for your quick reference as well.
Tip: If your measurement falls between the sizes on our size chart, we recommend to always get the slightly larger size.
You can always file the press-on nails using the nail file provided by us to get your desired outcome. A smaller size press-on nail will leave your actual nails exposed.

How long will the press-on nails last?

If we are talking about how long the press-on nails last on your nails with the adhesive sticker tab provided, it should typically last anywhere between 5-7 days.
The shelf life of Press-on nails by itself without being in contact with any chemicals or alcohol typically last up to a few months. It also depends on how well the press-on nails are maintain and stored.
Tip: If you want to wear the press-on nails for longer period, you can use solid nail glue instead of the adhesive sticker tab, those can last up to a month!

Is it safe for my press-on nails to come into contact with water?

While press-on nails are designed to be durable, we do not recommended to wear them in the shower or submerge them in water for prolonged periods.
Excessive exposure to water and soap can weaken the adhesive tab, causing the nails to loosen or fall off prematurely.
For the longest-lasting wear, it's best to use Solid Nail Glue. With Solid Nail Glue applied.

How do you price your Press-on nails?

In short: Time + Material Cost = Product cost
Each piece is handmade, with intricate designs hand-drawn and painted by experienced nail artists and more delicate and complex ones can take up to 18 hours per set!
This meticulous process ensures the highest quality and attention to detail, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

How can i check the status of my orders?

We provide tracking number and a link to track the status of your order once it is available from our shipping company.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order upon delivery?

If you receive a product that is defective, we will gladly address the issue. A product is considered defective if it is damaged or unusable upon opening and initial use. 
Please notify us of any defects within 7 days of receiving your order. Any claims made after this period will not be considered.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship to 54 countries in total. Refer to our shipping policy here for more details on delivery time.

How long does it take for orders to be processed and shipped?

For ex-stock items, we typically take 1-2 business days to dispatch the package to our shipping partner. For local Singapore delivery, it should take another 1-3 business days for standard shipping.
For Pre Order or Made to Order items, please check with us directly via our WhatsApp at +65 9838 7280 for fabrication lead time.

Do you provide tracking information for shipments?

Yes, we provide a built-in tracking page in our online store to track your order. It can be found in the menu or on the footer page.
Tracking number and a link to track the status of your order will also be emailed to you once it is available from our shipping company.

Do you offer free shipping promotions or discounts for large orders?

We do offer free shipping promotions.
For local Singapore orders: Minimum spend SGD$50 to enjoy free delivery.
